The PA, Mike was spot on after examining my arm and seeing the X-ray. He was very empathetic and gentle. The x-ray technician was Kind and patient. I have now been to this location three separate times and feel very confident in writing this review. I brought my child here after she suffered 5 bee stings on her feet (while running barefoot through a field on a weekend) and then suffering a delayed reaction to the stings and an infection from them. PA-C Michael Zamora was wonderful in helping her not feel nervous and getting her the treatment she needed so she could be off and running again in no time. I also presented here myself, after realizing I had some sort of strep throat situation going on and received wonderful care (even though NO ONE likes getting the strep test) they did a great job and got me back on my feet and feeling better quickly. BIG thank you to the friendly front desk staff and wonderful physicians and physicians' assistants at United Medical Urgent Care. I am so grateful for your office and your wonderful care and the way you treat patients so kindly.

The front desk girl ended up doing my vitals and told the dr, who promptly came in, got me a nebulizer treatment and steroids, then a prescription they automatically sent to the pharmacy so I was in and out in 40 minutes. Absolute BEST service I’ve ever gotten at any urgent care. The doctor listened and helped a ton. Highly recommend this urgent care!!

Today I needed an urgent care facility close to Fallbrook that was open (Sat.) because my eye was tearing and painful. Gabrielle greeted me. I expected a packed waiting room, however, the timing was terrific. I was escorted to a room and greeted by Mike Zamora, PA. I had a thorough exam, diagnosis and able to leave quickly. He genuinely cared and listened, as well as did Gabrielle! Honestly, I would rather come to your facility than go to my GP!
